Outbound Call Center Representative (SALES)

Immediately hiring Part Time/ Full Time Call Center Agents needed!
Call Center Agents provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our clients' customers. Using excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible experience, you'll handle calls for various businesses, ranging from medical offices to apartment complexes to professional services. You'll make sure that all aspects of the message are collected thoroughly and accurately so that our customers can have the confidence that their issue will be relayed to our client.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
This is a work from home position.**
You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.
Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows based environment
- Broadband Internet - you must pass our speed test
- A Windows PC or laptop with a direct Ethernet connection (no wi-fi)
- (or can get) a USB headset with microphone - no wireless
- Bilingual Spanish and/or French is a plus!
Training will last approximately 1-2 weeks. Once training is complete, you will move to your new set schedule.
