Our company is looking for a Accounts District Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- maintain accounts receivable, including invoicing, permits, charitable receipts, transportation payments etc.;
- Comprehensive working knowledge, and demonstrated ability and proficiency in navigating educational, computer accounting and administrative software;
- assist schools and/or departments with accounting transactions, records and procedure implementation;
- Net typing speed of fifty (50) words per minute;
- Minimum six (6) months of academic training in a related certificate/diploma/degree including Excel Level 1 and 2;
- Knowledge and experience with all Microsoft modules including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc;
- Completed Grade 12 (Senior Secondary School Graduation);
- Two (2) years current experience in a related position;
- perform accounting, administrative/clerical duties as required.
