Our company is looking for a Accounts District Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • maintain accounts receivable, including invoicing, permits, charitable receipts, transportation payments etc.;
  • Comprehensive working knowledge, and demonstrated ability and proficiency in navigating educational, computer accounting and administrative software;
  • assist schools and/or departments with accounting transactions, records and procedure implementation;
  • Net typing speed of fifty (50) words per minute;
  • Minimum six (6) months of academic training in a related certificate/diploma/degree including Excel Level 1 and 2;
  • Knowledge and experience with all Microsoft modules including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc;
  • Completed Grade 12 (Senior Secondary School Graduation);
  • Two (2) years current experience in a related position;
  • perform accounting, administrative/clerical duties as required.
