Support Services Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Support Services Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function;
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services;
- Report the status of overseas corporate clients to headquarters regularly;
- Manage installation and maintenance of medical software;
- Tracks equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed;
- Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies;
- Supervise install and repair medical equipment’ dental handpiece, unit chair, implant surgery engine, dental CT, dental x-ray, etc.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate superior managing skills, strong communication skills and leadership skills;
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma is required but preferred diploma/degree in related field of study;
- +5 years of experience in related field are required;
- Highly organized, work pro-actively and efficiently by collaborative.
