Our company is looking for a Support Services Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function;
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services;
  • Report the status of overseas corporate clients to headquarters regularly;
  • Manage installation and maintenance of medical software;
  • Tracks equipment quality throughout the product lifetime and makes recommendations for alternatives if needed;
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies;
  • Supervise install and repair medical equipment’ dental handpiece, unit chair, implant surgery engine, dental CT, dental x-ray, etc.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate superior managing skills, strong communication skills and leadership skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma is required but preferred diploma/degree in related field of study;
  • +5 years of experience in related field are required;
  • Highly organized, work pro-actively and efficiently by collaborative.
