Our company is looking for a Housekeeping/Maintenance Lead to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reception coverage;
- Daily cleaning of guest rooms and common areas;
- Contributing to the overall growth of the hostel;
- Responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the hostel and spearheading improvement projects;
- Training and supervising maintenance crew;
- Annual cleaning projects including deep cleans of the rooms;
- Interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service;
- Supervising housekeeping crew;
- Housekeeping lead on Supervisor’s days off;
- Coverage of housekeeping and maintenance shifts;
- Delegation of tasks to maintenance crew on your days off.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience;
- Looking for a long term career and not just a job;
- Housekeeping experience;
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the tourism industry;
- Maintenance experience;
- A team player, friendly, and personable attitude;
- Excellent Communication skills.
