Account/Customer Services Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Account/Customer Services Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the outside sales team to gather specific information about a client/service;
- Achieve targets and quotas set forth by management;
- Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention;
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner;
- Review the schedule to ensure available dates for service are presented to customers;
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention;
- Servicing existing clients to full cycle and satisfaction;
- Review accounts to seek out new opportunities for additional services;
- Participate in proposals/tenders/RFP’s/etc. as needed;
- Set up each job, as per process;
- Reaching out to clients following a service visit to capture their feedback.
Requirements:
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to foster relationships both inside and outside the office;
- 3-4 years of account management/sales experience (service industry preferred);
- 4 years of customer service experience;
- Excellent telephone manner; effective and professional communication;
- Strong computer/technology proficiency and knowledge of Office 365, CRM’s and Skype.
