Sr. Sales Operations Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead ABM Operations in partnership with Demand Generation, Sales Development, and Sales;
- Research new performance and process methodologies and strategize with the Field leaders to improve productivity and process workflows;
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to drive operational excellence and project execution;
- Ability to think big and translate broad visions and ambiguous concepts into structured plans and measurable metrics, then execute on those plans;
- Liaise with Revenue Leadership and Finance for forecasting and pipeline review;
- Partner with enablement teams to deliver on toolkits and identify areas of improvement to build and accelerate pipeline;
- Manage and optimize policies including but not limited to Territory Policies, Rules of Engagement etc.
