Our company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager, Production to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project management and coordination;
  • Assign approved briefs to creative resources: monitor workflow and approvals of all deliverables;
  • In partnership with creative leaders, navigate approval process of all assigned projects;
  • Maintain studio project tracker: liaising with cross functional teams to report on activity by department;
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to brief projects into the studio and to external partners;
  • Initiate and strategically lead appropriate project meetings.

Requirements:

  • Advanced written and verbal communication, and problem solving skills;
  • Strong computer skills, in MS Office – added bonus Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Highly detail-orientated with organizational and time management skills;
  • Interest in and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions;
  • Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines;
  • Excellent team player;
  • Able to effectively communicate objectives, schedules and action plans to a diverse team;
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external clients in order to develop and negotiate project scopes, timing and budgets;
  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge;
  • Highly motivated, passionate with an entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Knowledge of print, digital and omni-channel executions, capabilities and functions;
  • Strong business and personal ethics.
