Sr. Project Manager, Production Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager, Production to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Project management and coordination;
- Assign approved briefs to creative resources: monitor workflow and approvals of all deliverables;
- In partnership with creative leaders, navigate approval process of all assigned projects;
- Maintain studio project tracker: liaising with cross functional teams to report on activity by department;
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to brief projects into the studio and to external partners;
- Initiate and strategically lead appropriate project meetings.
Requirements:
- Advanced written and verbal communication, and problem solving skills;
- Strong computer skills, in MS Office – added bonus Adobe Creative Suite;
- Highly detail-orientated with organizational and time management skills;
- Interest in and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions;
- Ability to self-manage while managing assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines;
- Excellent team player;
- Able to effectively communicate objectives, schedules and action plans to a diverse team;
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external clients in order to develop and negotiate project scopes, timing and budgets;
- Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge;
- Highly motivated, passionate with an entrepreneurial spirit;
- Knowledge of print, digital and omni-channel executions, capabilities and functions;
- Strong business and personal ethics.
