Our company is looking for a IT Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions;
  • Proactively manage risk, timelines and project budgets;
  • Promote project management best practices across the organization;
  • Manage communication and set expectations with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of project management tools: Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira, and others;
  • Post-secondary education;
  • Previous experience supporting projects in production;
  • Previous experience in Clinical Information Systems (CIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Healthtech or other information technology industries;
  • PMP or Prince2 designation is an asset;
  • Excellent Communication skills;
  • Passion for getting teams to successful delivery outcomes;
  • PMP Certification (or equivalent);
  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT project management preferably with experience managing large complex projects from initiation to closure;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise mann;
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups;
  • A degree or diploma in computer science or information systems (or equivalent experience);
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools such as (Smartsheet, MS Project), industry best practices and processes (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2);
  • 3+ years’ experience project managing SaaS product development;
  • Understanding of project management frameworks: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RAD, LEAN, Kanban and DDD.
