Our company is looking for a Smart Spend Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Decisions have a major day to day impact on business growth and client relationships;
- Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals;
- Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments;
- Manages large – medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client and also within Accenture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with cost benefit analytics;
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent leadership and management skills;
- Deep skills in Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB, ZBX, ZBO);
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;
- Desire to work in an information systems environment;
- Strategy and Cross Transformation experience in a consulting environment;
- Combined exposure to building strategic initiatives within the Products, Retail and/or Supply Chain industries is an added value;
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Master’s Degree preferred.
