Our company is looking for a Smart Spend Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Decisions have a major day to day impact on business growth and client relationships;
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals;
  • Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments;
  • Manages large – medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client and also within Accenture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with cost benefit analytics;
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;
  • Excellent leadership and management skills;
  • Deep skills in Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB, ZBX, ZBO);
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment;
  • Strategy and Cross Transformation experience in a consulting environment;
  • Combined exposure to building strategic initiatives within the Products, Retail and/or Supply Chain industries is an added value;
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
