Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage brochure requests;
  • Book all venues, flights, hotels etc. for sales functions;
  • Participate in sales meetings – Keep track of notes to distribute to the team;
  • Being the primary point of contact for key accounts internally;
  • Responsible for all credit card reconciliation of all sales events;
  • Manage, maintain and update customer account records for current customers and energy program participants;
  • Assist in overseeing trade Database development;
  • Following up on warm/hot leads to secure new accounts and service;
  • Administrative needs from the sales team;
  • Actively update contact details and company information when needed;
  • Manage approved agent discount trips – to include making and updating the bookings in Express Book;
  • Building and maintenance of agency profiles;
  • Create quotes for superior products and services offered by Northern Dock Systems;
  • Providing quotes using in-house automated quoting processes;
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years in Inside sales, outside sales or phone sales experience;
  • Language: Advanced English skills both written and verbal;
  • Call Centre experience would be an asset;
  • Excellent organization, analytical, planning, and administrative skills;
  • Must be PC literate with knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Exceptional prioritization skills;
  • Excellent data entry skills and a strong attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
