Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English;
- Ability to create an environment where people are encouraged to share information, constructively debate, and communicate freely;
- Minimum 2 years related work experience;
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Superior customer service and excellent customer relations skills;
- Previous experience working with CRM software to manage customers.
