Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English;
  • Ability to create an environment where people are encouraged to share information, constructively debate, and communicate freely;
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience;
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
  • Superior customer service and excellent customer relations skills;
  • Previous experience working with CRM software to manage customers.
