- Assist in Developing all aspects of Marketing program; Products, Price, Place, and Promotions;
- Assist the President and the direct reports with all paper flow, presentation preparations, and organization;
- Manage Client Care Relations Process-Marketing Gant Chart;
- Manage Client Expectations via face to face, telephone, email, and all forms of contact;
- Assist with Selling Enhancements and Approval of Change Orders;
- All other responsibilities associated with the position as directed to ensure efficiency;
- Educate and Communicate Clients through verbal, written, and online media communications.
- Knowledge of social media and experience with content management;
- 2 to 3 years of relevant expérience;
- Excellent writing and data entry skills;
- College or University degree in marketing or administration or equivalent experience;
- Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English);
- Experience in coordinating events;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
