Our company is looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Developing all aspects of Marketing program; Products, Price, Place, and Promotions;
  • Assist the President and the direct reports with all paper flow, presentation preparations, and organization;
  • Manage Client Care Relations Process-Marketing Gant Chart;
  • Manage Client Expectations via face to face, telephone, email, and all forms of contact;
  • Assist with Selling Enhancements and Approval of Change Orders;
  • All other responsibilities associated with the position as directed to ensure efficiency;
  • Educate and Communicate Clients through verbal, written, and online media communications.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of social media and experience with content management;
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant expĂ©rience;
  • Excellent writing and data entry skills;
  • College or University degree in marketing or administration or equivalent experience;
  • Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English);
  • Experience in coordinating events;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
