Responsibilities:

  • Support people management, employee relations, and performance objectives;
  • General administrative HR duties as required;
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment process;
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests;
  • Support with on-boarding and off-boarding employees;
  • Support the development and administration of benefit and compensation programs;
  • Administer and maintain policy updates;
  • Conduct full cycle Recruitment for internal hires;
  • Tracking employee absences;
  • Ensuring compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Maintain employee files and records as required;
  • Track all employee leaves;
  • Maintaining and complying with industry regulations;
  • Support with on-boarding and off-boarding process throughout the business;
  • General HR administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Results driven;
  • Minimum 3 years recent HR Generalist experience;
  • MS Office, excel, outlook, word skills;
  • Experience working with an HRIS system;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
