Responsibilities:
- Support people management, employee relations, and performance objectives;
- General administrative HR duties as required;
- Conduct full lifecycle recruitment process;
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests;
- Support with on-boarding and off-boarding employees;
- Support the development and administration of benefit and compensation programs;
- Administer and maintain policy updates;
- Conduct full cycle Recruitment for internal hires;
- Tracking employee absences;
- Ensuring compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations;
- Maintain employee files and records as required;
- Track all employee leaves;
- Maintaining and complying with industry regulations;
- Support with on-boarding and off-boarding process throughout the business;
- General HR administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
- Results driven;
- Minimum 3 years recent HR Generalist experience;
- MS Office, excel, outlook, word skills;
- Experience working with an HRIS system;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
