Our company is looking for a People & Culture Generalist – Temporary to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You contribute to policy development and writing, and support in developing communication and roll out plans to employees globally;
  • You collaborate with Team Talent, Payroll & Benefits, and the entire P&C team to ensure an excellent employee experience;
  • You are a champion of employee engagement surveys, and align the appropriate partners to execute;
  • You jump at the opportunity to collaborate on cross-functional or P&C projects and events;
  • You explain, educate and coach employees and people leaders proactively on all People & Culture related topics;
  • You play a key role in ensuring our systems, including Workday, reflect accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions;
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with an approachable personality and a desire to build relationship across the company;

  • You have a degree in in a related field and 3+ years of experience in multifaceted HR role, or equivalent education and experience;
  • You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment;
  • You have an strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills;
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it;
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity;
  • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration.
