Our company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop SEO strategies to continuously improve organic search rankings for Mejuri.com and work with tech team to implement them;
- Implement new marketing technologies that can improve attribution and build models that predict key metrics (eg. LTV);
- Find insights and apply them to strategies to improve performance metrics;
- Collaborate with the brand marketing and creative team to ensure we deliver consistent and resonant messaging across all online performance channels;
- Develop a high performing, driven team that consistently exceed targets;
- Take ownership of new channel experimentation by using customer data and key industry trends;
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team to define and interpret campaign performance, channel performance and identify;
- Set clear targets and KPIs for each channel to ensure the team are constantly pushing themselves to reach the next level;
- Build and maintain relationships with key agencies, local partners, and cross-functional teams;
- Automate and interpret campaign performance reporting.
Requirements:
- 4 years of previous experience in marketing in a fast-growing technology company;
- English, Native or bilingual proficiency;
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing;
- Experience in recruiting and founding a marketing team;
- Experience with the metrics of scaling a tech service (CAC, LTV, Churn …);
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms, mailing, customer support and CMS;
- An interest in food tech and the future of our food system;
- Have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be self-taught and able to communicate well and popularize growth issues;
- Proven expertise with ROI-driven campaigns on Paid Social, SEM, TV, OOH, Direct Mail and other growth channels;
- Excellent knowledge of modern approaches to lead generation and technology product marketing;
- Leadership;
- Strong analytical skills ROI driven with strong attribution knowledge;
- 8+ years in Digital Marketing;
- Proven track record in a high growth business within retail, e-commerce, marketplace or a B2C business;
- Master’s degree in marketing or similar experience.
