Our company is looking for a ECE Casual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage learning and develop positive self-concepts for children;
- Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the center, children, families and staff;
- Maintain positive and supportive relationships with parents and families;
- Ensure a healthy and safe environment for children;
- Ensure all safety and supervision standards are implemented and maintained;
- Maintain a neat, orderly and clean environment;
- Maintain effective and cooperative team work and communication;
- Plan, implement, and evaluate activities and experiences to meet individual and group needs of all children and families of a childcare program;
- To establish and maintain positive communication and relationships with children and staff;
- Guide and care for a group of children ages 3 months to school age;
- Assist in providing quality care and creative programming;
- To follow all McGregor policies, Licensing and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Statement form medical practitioner indicating good physical and psychological ability to work with children;
- Team player; flexible, punctual, reliable with good communication skills;
- Proof of immunization and tuberculosis vaccinations;
- Consent to Criminal Record Check;
- Current first aid certificate.
