Our company is looking for a Intermediate Systems Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively supports and participates in firm-wide initiatives;
  • Working with junior staff for escalation and training;
  • Working on IT-driven initiatives including upgrades, system builds, network security and projects;
  • Tier 1 – 3 support for desktops and end-user devices, network and servers;
  • Writing documentation including SOW, SOP, diagrams, build documentation, KB, checklists, runbooks, project documentation;
  • Participates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management Program;
  • Participating in the company’s On-Call rotation;
  • Maintains a service level for the firm’s user base through the use of ITSM systems, processes, procedures and policies;
  • Participate in the organizations team development and performance management program;
  • Maintains a service level for internal office support through use of ITSM systems, processes, procedures, policies;
  • Promotes the organizations quality control standards;
  • Onsite support when scheduled at offices across the lower mainland;
  • Writing documentation including SOW, SOP, diagrams, build documentation, KB, checklists, runbooks;
  • Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards;
  • Onsite support when scheduled at the firm’s offices across the lower mainland.

Requirements:

  • High availability networking;
  • Backup software’s such as Veeam, Commvault;
  • 3-5 years of exceptional client service experience;
  • VMWare;
  • IT security principals;
  • Citrix or VDI;
  • A valid BC driver’s license (class 5);
  • Microsoft servers, Active directory, group policies, Powershell, Exchange, Azure, Office 365, SQL;
  • Citrix.
