Cyber – Capture Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Cyber – Capture Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing customer relationship management of existing customers as well as cultivating and growing new relationships within our target Customer group;
- Assure a high level of customer intimacy with respect to business growth and capture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Software or related technical/engineering degree;
- 10+ years of previous experience in developing and leading teams around business captures (RFIs/RFPs), preferably within the defence industry sector;
- Strong written and oral communication skills with direct application to proposal development;
- Capability to provide effective briefings to senior management both internally as well as externally within our customer base;
- Be willing to travel (10-15%);
- At least 10+ years project management, engineering and/or business development experience, preferably in the defence industry sector.
