Our company is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue, analyze, adjust, and maintain sales forecasts for products under their responsibility using JDA Demand software;
  • Define and maintain supply parameters in connection with the company’s inventory-management strategy;
  • Participate in the development, planning, and execution of marketing strategies for the categories under their responsibility;
  • Prepare promo forecasts for the product category under their responsibility;
  • Coordinate Supply Chain department operations with relevant business units;
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (e.g., product supply, MAPE, turnover rate, inventory budget, dashboard, and product status);
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the supply chain to support operational and cross-functional teams;
  • Establish a strong relationship with our internal colleagues from our Merchandising team;
  • Establish supply chain processes that enable standardization between the various business units;
  • Coach and sustain the continuous learning in the team;
  • Coordinate and prioritize the activities of the team to ensure the project achievements;
  • Coordinate the change-management activities of the Supply Chain department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations research, operations management, engineering, statistics, or a related field;
  • Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction, drive, and attention to detail;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team;
  • Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency;
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and/or distribution (an asset);
  • Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and Access (knowledge of JDA is an asset);
  • Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English);
  • Strong ability to analyze data and make recommendations;
  • 2 to 5 years of related experience in demand planning and inventory management;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
