Communication Services Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Communication Services Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Other administrative coordination duties, as assigned by management;
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
- Assist in preparation of special reports, correspondences and content development across all related channels;
- Oversee administrative and communications procedures related to budgeting, expenses for projects and other day-to-day operational processes;
- Assist internal parties in delivering their messages to outside parties such as clients, subcontractors, etc.
Requirements:
- Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, large workload;
- Effective interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Exceptional communication skills, over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented;
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in an administrative position specializing in communications strategies;
- Highschool Diploma;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position specializing in communications strategies;
- College diploma in business or public administration, communications or a related discipline is an asset;
- Secondary high school diploma (any relevant post-secondary education will be considered an asset).
