Our company is looking for a Communication Services Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Other administrative coordination duties, as assigned by management;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Assist in preparation of special reports, correspondences and content development across all related channels;
  • Oversee administrative and communications procedures related to budgeting, expenses for projects and other day-to-day operational processes;
  • Assist internal parties in delivering their messages to outside parties such as clients, subcontractors, etc.

Requirements:

  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, large workload;
  • Effective interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, Power Point;
  • Exceptional communication skills, over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience in an administrative position specializing in communications strategies;
  • Highschool Diploma;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position specializing in communications strategies;
  • College diploma in business or public administration, communications or a related discipline is an asset;
  • Secondary high school diploma (any relevant post-secondary education will be considered an asset).
