Senior Contract Administrator – IT Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator – IT to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops evaluation criteria, weighting and submission requirements for use in evaluating and comparing submissions;
- Required to lead the deployment of negotiated Request for Proposals (RFP) for selected major procurement’s;
- Interprets contracts and ensures compliance with contract terms and conditions and the scope of the work.
Requirements:
- Experience with IT contracts and Public Sector an asset;
- Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in an effective manner;
- Highly motivated professional with a passion for customer service to perform a wide range of complex procurement activities;
- A University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent;
- Knowledge of Trade agreements applicable to purchasing for the public sector;
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and related software applications relevant to the work;
- Ability to co-ordinate the efforts of others to accomplish objectives;
- Sound judgement; detail oriented; effective problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
