Quality Resolution Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Quality Resolution Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You keep a detailed logbook of issue decisions, actions, outcomes and costs;
- You work with our Distribution and Transport team in escalated cases to organize inspections and corrective actions at our warehouses;
- You investigate the causes and severity of quality failures, isolating and resolving issues as necessary to protect our brand and product integrity;
- You work closely with the QC Coordinator and Quality Assurance team to align on brand expectations and inspection standards;
- You develop, iterate and formalize a process for addressing quality non-conformities in a structured and scalable way.
Requirements:
- You have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills;
- You are willing to travel internationally as required (EU, USA, Asia);
