Requirements:

- Proven experience in software support or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and operating systems is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to be on call for emergencies outside of normal business hours.
