Enhance financial strategies as a Senior Financial Analyst for Metrolinx’s GO Expansion program. Deliver insightful analysis and optimize financial performance across key projects. In this role, you'll provide project-level financial insights and develop comprehensive financial models. Metrolinx is looking for a candidate with 5+ years of financial analysis experience, particularly in construction or real estate. Your expertise will enable you to partner with operations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and generate actionable recommendations to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Provide cost and variance analysis for projects
• Maintain detailed budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze cash flow and monitor working capital
• Support management reports and KPI dashboards Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Proven ability to link financial insights to operational metrics Leverage your financial expertise to support Metrolinx's mission of enhancing transit services.
