Senior Analyst in Financial Crime Risk

Drive quality assurance in financial crime investigations as a Senior Analyst at TD in Toronto. Evaluate risks, support compliance, and ensure the integrity of regulatory reporting. In this Senior Analyst position, you will play a vital role in reviewing Financial Crime Investigations across complex cases. Your expertise in identifying suspicious activity and assessing regulatory reporting decisions will be critical. You will apply analytical judgment to ensure investigative procedures meet high standards and contribute insights for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess investigative files for financial crime cases
- Evaluate regulatory reporting decisions and documentation
- Analyze patterns in quality issues and provide structured feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective compliance
- Provide expertise on regulatory frameworks and investigative practices
- Minimum 5 years in AML or Financial Crime Investigations
- Strong understanding of STR regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance or second-line review functions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CAMS, CFCS) are an asset
