Galleon Gold Development Supervisor Timmins

Lead underground development at Dumas for the Galleon Gold project in Timmins. This role demands strong supervisory skills and safety oversight to meet production targets each shift. As a Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising underground crews and ensuring they maintain safety and efficiency in their duties. Your leadership will guide operations including drilling, blasting, and ground support installation while ensuring compliance with health and environmental safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise crews to achieve production cycle targets
• Coordinate drilling, blasting, and mucking operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor equipment use and conduct operational inspections
• Communicate daily production plans and progress Requirements:
• Underground Hard-Rock Mining Common Core certification
• Minimum of 3 years supervising underground development
• Strong knowledge of development procedures
• Familiarity with mechanized mining equipment
