About The Mobile Shop
Join one of Canada’s leading telecom teams, The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw‑owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., Canada’s leading wireless retailer. We are seeking a Store Manager to work inside Zehrs where you guide customers towards their optimal phone and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles.

- Engage with Loblaw shoppers: Connect with a steady stream of customers to offer the latest mobile, home and business solutions from leading brands such as Bell, Virgin Plus, Lucky, Rogers, PC Mobile, Fido, and Chatr Mobile to Loblaw shoppers tailored to their lifestyle.
- Leverage Canada’s most recognized loyalty program: Engage customers by showcasing the benefits of PC Optimum, helping them earn and redeem points for valuable savings on their purchases in our store, groceries, fuel, and more.
- Become a Mobile Expert: Master our carrier offerings, promotional deals, and pricing structures while staying up to date on the latest mobile devices and industry trends, so you can effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Lead and inspire your team: Motivate and guide a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives, while providing ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
