Senior Recruiter for PartnerRe's Talent Team

Join PartnerRe as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and harness your recruitment skills in a hybrid environment. Drive strategic hiring across global markets and functions to secure top talent. You're an expert with more than seven years of comprehensive recruitment experience, focused on the reinsurance or financial sector. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, advising them with valuable insights into market trends and compensation. You'll also design diversity-oriented hiring strategies and promote the brand through various channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts for various functions and levels
- Foster candidate relationships for an enhanced recruitment experience
- Act as an advisor to management on talent availability
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools
- Oversee candidate assessment processes
- 7+ years of recruitment experience in relevant industries
- Deep understanding of global talent trends
- Experience with HR analytics and recruitment technologies
- Proven success in engaging senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
