Manager of Automatic Train Supervision Systems

Drive innovation in rail systems as the Manager of Automatic Train Supervision Systems. Lead expert teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions within the transportation sector. This role focuses on managing the entire engineering lifecycle of ATS, ensuring compliance with safety and cyber-security regulations while promoting best practices. You will collaborate cross-functionally, oversee integration tasks, and guide your engineering team in achieving project goals. Your leadership will be crucial in meeting customer expectations and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ATS development from conception to delivery
- Ensure compliance with engineering processes and standards
- Oversee technical dependencies and integration
- Facilitate training and development of ATS Architects
- Represent validation processes with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Extensive experience in engineering management
- Robust background in ATS and railway systems
- Experience in contractual negotiations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
