SECURITY SUPERVISOR ADMINISTRATIVE & SCHEDULING

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Security Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on supervisory position combining office administration, scheduling, employee management, and field security work.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and supervising 1030 security employees
Preparing and managing staff schedules
Coordinating shifts and arranging coverage when needed
Providing training and guidance to security staff when required
Conducting site visits and working as a security officer in the field when needed
Monitoring employee performance and ensuring company policies are followed
Communicating with clients and security personnel
Handling administrative and scheduling duties
Responding to staffing and operational issues
Work Arrangement:
Field work as required for security operations and supervision
Administrative and scheduling duties may be performed remotely when appropriate
Requirements:
Previous security experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency
Ability to work both in the office/remotely and in the field
