Each day brings new challenges, and you meet them head on by organizing crews, managing resources, and ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently, and with top quality workmanship. You review scopes, adjust plans on the fly, and make sure every detail aligns with company and IICRC standards. You stay connected with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients, solving problems early and keeping communication clear and consistent. You lead by example, coaching your team, reinforcing safe work practices, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Your leadership, energy, and commitment to excellence turn plans into results and ensure every project ends with success and client satisfaction.Qualifications2 to 3 years of experience in construction, restoration, or a related fieldStrong understanding of reconstruction practices for water, wind, mold, fire, or vandalism damageExperience reading and interpreting building plans and scopes of workKnowledge of building codes and electrical, or plumbing, or mechanical and related codes preferredDemonstrated ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors on multiple active sitesExcellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and qualityProficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and knowledge of XactimateHigh school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education or related training an assetValid driver's license and clean driving abstractMust be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule   Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)Who We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
