Director of Shoring for Construction Projects

Elevate your career as the Director of Shoring overseeing large-scale construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking an expert Director of Shoring to lead our division's field operations across complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing shoring and deep foundation initiatives. You will ensure project delivery, resource planning, and maintain robust client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational oversight for shoring activities on major infrastructure projects
Support business growth through project pursuits and bid preparation
Lead field operations to meet project specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with project teams to monitor budgets and resolve challenges
Champion health and safety compliance across all operations

Requirements:

Extensive experience in shoring, deep foundations, or heavy civil infrastructure
Proven track record in senior project management capacities
Strong leadership skills directing multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of shoring systems and geotechnical methodologies
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
