We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

As a Chiropractic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will manage the front desk, handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

This position offers a full-time hours based on availability and clinic needs. We value flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude to help create an inviting and professional atmosphere for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Schedule appointments, ensuring proper timing and availability for both patients and providers.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.
• Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and managing office supplies.
• Manage patient flow and ensure the clinic runs on time.
• Assist with processing WSIB and MVA claims.
• Provide general support to Chiropractors and other clinic staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly, patient-focused attitude and professional appearance.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with office software and technology (experience with scheduling software preferred).
• Knowledge of WSIB and MVA claims is an asset, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
