Full-Time Developmental Service Worker in Toronto

- Collaborate on individual goal plans for clients
- Support effective service delivery and transition services
- Facilitate life-skills programming for independent living
- Plan community activities ensuring social inclusion
- Monitor finances for supported individuals
- Diploma in Social Services or related field
- At least two years of experience in developmental services
- Valid First Aid and CPI certifications
- Strong computer skills including MS Office
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
