Infrastructure Development Director At Aecon Toronto

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all technical work streams during project lifecycle
- Ensure design compliance with legal and technical specifications
- Deliver IDD in alignment with Aecon’s BIM processes
- Accurately assess and allocate IDD team resources
- Foster an inclusive culture for team members
Requirements
- 10+ years leading IDD functions in construction
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of design and construction phases
- In office construction experience preferred
- Robust communication and customer service skills
