Job Summary <\/h3>

Provide administrative support to departments and ensure efficient office operations. Coordinate scheduling, communications, and document management to support staff and management. <\/p>

• Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage general reception duties. <\/li>

• Maintain filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping. <\/li>
• Order and maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for routine maintenance. <\/li>
• Support team members with administrative tasks, including expense reports and basic bookkeeping assistance. <\/li><\/ul>

  Requirements <\/h3>
  

  • Secondary school diploma; post -secondary certificate in office administration or related field is an asset. <\/li>
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience in an office environment. <\/li>
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common office equipment. <\/li>
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. <\/li>
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple duties simultaneously. <\/li>
