We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to deliver a comprehensive range of business analysis services for complex enterprise IT initiatives. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering, business process re-engineering, context diagramming, and system integration mapping. Working in an Agile environment, you will facilitate in-depth workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to document functional and non-functional requirements, build use case models, design user interfaces, and establish technical specifications for robust IT solutions.

Location: Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite – 5 days/week required)

Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate in-depth workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews to elicit, review, document, and validate detailed business requirements, business rules, and user interfaces.

Develop detailed context diagrams, use cases, use case models, process maps, stakeholder maps, and system integration specification mappings.

Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, process flows, wireframes, and UI mockups aligned with iterative Agile development cycles.

Formulate business cases, options analyses, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments for proposed IT solutions.

Conduct business process re-engineering and impact analyses to recommend cost-effective service delivery improvements and operational enhancements.

Partner with technical leads, UX designers, and solution architects to ensure technology framework specifications align with enterprise architectural standards.

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect validation to ensure delivered solutions satisfy documented business needs.

Manage change scope, develop user adoption strategies, and produce comprehensive documentation, including executive briefing notes, status reports, and system training materials.

Qualifications
Diagramming & Integration Mapping: Proven experience developing context diagrams, use cases, use case models, process maps, and mapping system integration specifications (Strictly Required).

Workshop Facilitation & Requirements Elicitation: Demonstrated expertise leading in-depth workshops to elicit, document, and confirm functional and non-functional business requirements, business rules, and UI designs (Strictly Required).

Agile Scrum Methodology: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, decomposing complex requirements into user stories, and aligning tasks with iterative delivery cycles (Strictly Required).

Business Case & Financial Analysis: Proven track record authoring comprehensive business cases, options analyses, cost-benefit models, and feasibility studies (Strictly Required).

Analysis & Prototyping Tools: Proficient with business modeling, design, and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and Figma (Strictly Required).

Nice-to-Have Assets:
Hands-on experience with custom development in cloud-native environments and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
