- Review and assess short-term disability claims
- Develop and implement individualized recovery strategies
- Conduct regular client assessments for eligibility
- Identify and remove barriers to recovery or return-to-work
- Manage claims through resolution or successful employment reinstatement
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline
- 3+ years experience in claims management
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
