Role & Duties
Food Preparation & Execution: Prepare ingredients, sauces, proteins, and garnishes precisely to recipe standards and prep lists.
Station Management: Maintain clean, organized, and health-code-compliant workstations during prep and high-volume service.
Cooking & Plating: Execute cooking techniques accurately and plate dishes with consistency, speed, and artistic care under live service pressure.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and timing across all courses.
Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor stock levels, handle product rotation (FIFO), and assist with closing duties and equipment upkeep.
