You will ensure property protection by diagnosing leaks and completing necessary repairs. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose plumbing issues for effective repairs
- Conduct residential plumbing service calls independently
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures as needed
- Manage leak risks and protect properties properly
- Utilize mobile applications for scheduling and reporting
- Must have 5 years of plumbing experience
- Verification of plumbing trade status is required
- Reliable vehicle and own tools essential
- Knowledge of safety regulations and property protection
