Kasvun myötä etsimme nyt myynnillistä ja yrittäjähenkistä Recruitment & Sales Consultantia kasvattamaan Digital Headhunting -liiketoimintaamme.
Tässä roolissa toimit oman yrityksesi kautta yrittäjänä ja vastaat oman asiakkuutesi rakentamisesta, uusasiakashankinnasta sekä rekrytointiprojektien läpiviennistä alusta loppuun. Saat käyttöösi valmiin palvelukonseptin, toimivat työkalut ja kokeneen tiimin tuen, mutta samalla mahdollisuuden vaikuttaa omiin tuloksiisi ja ansaintaasi.
Mitä tehtävässä teet?
- hankit uusia asiakkaita ja rakennat pitkäaikaisia asiakassuhteita
- myyt Digital Headhunting -palveluita eri toimialojen yrityksille
- vastaat rekrytointiprosesseista toimeksiannon käynnistämisestä valintaan asti
- etsit ja kontaktoit potentiaalisia ehdokkaita eri kanavissa
- toteutat haastatteluita ja arvioit hakijoiden soveltuvuutta
- toimit asiakkaan luotettavana rekrytointikumppanina koko prosessin ajan

Target Headhunting Oy on suomalainen vuonna 2007 perustettu suorahakuun, rekrytointeihin ja henkilöstöratkaisuihin erikoistunut yritys. Autamme asiakkaitamme löytämään parhaat osaajat niin asiantuntija-, päällikkö- kuin johtotason tehtäviin. Toimintamme perustuu aktiiviseen ehdokashakuun, laadukkaaseen asiakastyöhön sekä tehokkaisiin digitaalisiin rekrytointimenetelmiin.
