Description: As a Social Media Content Creator, your role will involve creating engaging and visually appealing content, collaborating with internal and external teams to align messaging and branding. You’ll need to be an engaging storyteller and creative thinker with excellent video and camera skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about social media, creator culture, fitness and wellness and you love coming up with new and exciting ways to connect with audiences, this might be the perfect job for you. Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling and engaging multimedia content that tells a cohesive brand story across all digital channels.
• Become a brand personality with high energy and enthusiasm, fearlessly tackling creative projects not limited to: hosting and filming guests, connecting and collaborating with influencers and creators, capturing daily office life, starring in wacky trends, walking through workout routines and hosting live sessions featuring products on TikTok.
• You’ll lead the creation, management, and scheduling of the social media calendar and related social media tools and also partner with creative designers, community managers and brand leads to develop engaging product campaign content that resonates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat
• Be a subject matter expert on social media trends and platform-native content creation, prioritizing video creation on TikTok and Instagram
• Be a driver of unique ideas, often times thinking ahead of the curve, steering trend curation and thumb-stopping content audiences want to rewatch, share, and continuously tune in.
• Analyzing social media performance and using data to inform strategy and content creation tactics
• Attend trade shows and affiliate/ambassador events with a content creator mindset and deliver engaging content in collaborating with the team there.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social content creator or 2 years of social media management
• Must be a versatile self-starter, detail oriented, and able to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals.
• Must have photography, videography, editing or creative content skills
• Must have a strong visual mindset and understanding of the video composition and pacing
• Must be an audiophile with a strong ear for trending audio and usage within content creation for TikTok
• Must have strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video editing
• Must have a strong understanding of studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, editing and AI apps
• Must have knowledge of wellness, weight management, diet and nutrition and be passionate about pop culture.
• You should be passionate about social media, content creation and have strong knowledge of all social media platforms and best practices.
• You should enjoy travel both in the United States and be flexible with new environments and culture
