Outbound Sales for Portuguese Speaking Freelancer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Outbound Sales for Portuguese Speaking Freelancer based in Canada.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for a Portuguese-speaking professional looking to combine flexibility with stable, long-term collaboration.
You will focus on outbound sales activities using pre-qualified leads, meaning there is no cold calling involved.
The role is well suited to professionals with backgrounds in inside sales, telemarketing, customer support, or similar customer-facing environments.
You’ll communicate with prospects and customers primarily through digital channels while working toward clear commercial outcomes.
The position offers structured daytime schedules, paid training, and the opportunity to contribute to international and local projects.
Strong communication, organisation, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset will be key to succeeding in this role.

• Conduct outbound sales activities using pre-qualified leads rather than cold-calling prospects.
• Engage prospective customers through appropriate digital communication channels and clearly communicate relevant products, services, or solutions.
• Follow up with leads consistently, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to move prospects through the sales process.
• Build professional relationships with prospective customers while delivering a positive and responsive experience.
• Work toward agreed sales and performance objectives and maintain a strong focus on measurable results.
• Keep customer and prospect information accurate and up to date throughout the sales process.
• Communicate professionally and accurately in Portuguese and English where required.
• Manage daily activities independently while maintaining reliability, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Participate fully in provided training and apply relevant processes, tools, and best practices to day-to-day activities.
• Adapt to the requirements of different international and local projects while maintaining consistent service and sales quality.

Requirements

• Portuguese proficiency at C1 level or above , both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level .
• Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales, telemarketing, customer support, or another customer-facing commercial environment is advantageous.
• Freelance status with the ability to issue invoices for services provided.
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong accuracy, grammar, and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable, professional, and dependable approach to work.
• Results-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Comfortable working with digital communication tools and managing customer interactions remotely.
• Ability to learn new processes and products quickly and apply training effectively.
• A personal computer and a suitable remote-work setup.
• No VAT registration is required; a tax identification number is sufficient.
