Event and Recruiting Coordinator

Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a charismatic, organized Event and Recruiting Coordinator that will work well with our existing market management team to maximize the vendor and customer experience at Bountiful Farmers' Market.
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- planning and executing monthly vendor and customer events
- coordinating and scheduling weekly buskers and community booths
- reaching out to local businesses to compel them to join the market
- market day administrator duties
- providing support to other team members when necessary
Work days for this position are tentatively Wednesday through Friday, 9-3, and Sundays 9-5.
Our preferred candidate must demonstrate the following characteristics and skills:

- strong communication skills
It is considered an asset to be proficient in Microsoft Office/Google based programs and basic design programs such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

- Edmonton, AB T6E 5S8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
