We are looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial Store Manager who will drive top‑line sales and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.
Identify marketing opportunities and participate in Company/Mall initiatives.
Maintain a high level of passion and energy while delivering expert product knowledge.
Create a fun, interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos.
Ensure the team meets sales goals and key metrics.
Execute company standards in all store operations.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall‑based.
Excellent communicator comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
In tune with various social media platforms.
Effective coach who can inspire top performers.
Superior time‑management and organizational skills.
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
Demonstration experience is an asset.
