Retail Brand Manager at Dermalogica

Elevate your brand management career with Dermalogica as an Assistant Brand Manager in Toronto. As part of the Canadian Marketing team, you will support brand strategy development and the execution of marketing programs across multiple retail channels. Reporting to the Brand Manager, your role includes identifying growth opportunities while managing projects with precision and detail. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across merchandising and promotions. Key Responsibilities:
• Support in developing annual marketing strategies
• Lead retail initiatives like product launches and trade promotions
• Report performance against KPIs and ROI
• Share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities through sales data analysis Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing
• 2-4 years brand management experience in retail
• Exceptional English and strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management
