Senior Project Manager

Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) is a rapidly growing environmental services company driven by strategic acquisitions and operational excellence. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Corporate Integrations & Transformation to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive business growth, system integration, process improvement, and organizational change.

In this role, you will manage complex projects including ERP implementations, technology deployments, business transformation initiatives, and post-acquisition integrations . Working across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership, you will be responsible for delivering projects from planning through implementation, adoption, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives, technology implementations, and large-scale ERP deployments from business case through post-implementation stabilization.
• Manage post-acquisition integrations, ensuring successful transition of systems, processes, people, data, and finance functions into E360S operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Apply PMI project management standards and governance processes to ensure consistent execution across initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and external implementation partners.
• Lead organizational change management activities using PROSCI methodologies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, resistance management, and adoption planning.
• Establish and track project success metrics, adoption measures, and business benefits to ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.
• Manage vendors, consultants, and technology partners, ensuring accountability for scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable growth across the organization.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding project status, risks, key decisions, and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP certification (required).
• PROSCI Change Management certification (required).
• 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects and programs.
• Proven experience with ERP implementations, technology deployments, and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading M&A integrations is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically to operating locations and acquired businesses.
