Restaurant Manager Tim Horton's Location Aurora, ON Salary 36.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours bi-weekly Part time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Health benefits, Financial benefits Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Leading/instructing individuals Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Supervision 16-20 people Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Food Safety Certificate Additional information Security and safety Criminal record check Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Attention to detail Personal suitability Accurate Dependability Excellent oral communication Organized Reliability Team player Ability to multitask Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Disability benefits Health care plan Vision care benefits Financial benefits Bonus Group insurance benefits Until: 2026-05-26
