We're looking for the right person who takes pride in their work and is a team player with a get it done attitude while paying attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate communication with existing customers for reorders and cross-sell opportunities and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team of office employees in a busy environment.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers to gain their trust and respect.
- Participate in department production /sales meetings as required.
- Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to take direction verbally.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education/ Experience Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree
- Prior work experience of 1-3 years.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft office software (i.e., MS Word & Excel) and Google Suite.
- Fast typing ability, with an eye for accuracy.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms.
- Self-starter attitude.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills.
- Own vehicle; valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
