Lead sales growth at Pink Triangle Press as the Head of Sales & Business Development in Toronto. This role requires a dynamic leader to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and sponsorships. Your goal is to foster relationships, engage audiences, and ensure commercial sustainability through innovative sales techniques. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
- Close deals to drive revenue across all PTP properties
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships
- Manage and motivate sales personnel to exceed targets
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
- 8 to 10 years of senior-level sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Knowledge of LGBTQ2S+ market dynamics
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to create impactful sales presentations
